Project Scope: Renovations to over 3,500 residential units, within 27 separate low-rise buildings, as well as in 8 high-rise buildings, which required more substantial renovations. The total of number of effected buildings is 35. All of the work was divided into 4 phases to reduce the impact of construction on the occupants in the adjacent buildings and in the complex. Effective project sequencing was critical. Many of the tenants remained within the complex, in other units, during construction. AFG assisted in coordination of these relocations.
