AFG Group Welcomes John A. Crossen, Esq, PE, LEED AP as Program Manager

As AFG’s Subject Matter Expert for DoD and Environmental programs and projects, John will serve in the capacity as both a capture manager and operations manager. He will expand AFG’s DoD portfolio nationwide, foster existing partnerships, and introducing new opportunities in the Environmental market to the firm.
John brings 23 years of Local, State and Federal, Environmental, Army and Navy Real Property Asset and Installation Management experience. He is widely recognized for his work with the U.S. Army BRAC and the U.S. Navy NAVFAC BRAC Offices. He is a former Naval Surface Warfare Officer, NAVFAC Civilian and Army Civilian GS Program Manager and for the past 8 years was the Founder and Senior Managing Partner of the consulting firm, Integrated Enterprise Facilitators.

For his service and expertise, John is the recipient of numerous awards including the Meritorious Civilian Service Award and Armed Forces Service Medal from the Department of the Navy, and most recently the 2021 Regional Vice President Medal from the Society of American Military Engineers Hampton Roads Post for his work with the Board of Directors. John holds a BA in American History and American Government, a BS in Environmental Engineering, a Masters of Environmental Policy and Management, and a Juris Doctorate.
