NIH Director, Dr. Francis Collins Visits AFG Project Sites
AFG receives recognition for efforts on the NIH CARD facility and the NIH Central Utility Plant.
“On time and on budget.” were the five words NIH Director, Dr. Francis Collins heard during a recent visit to the construction sites for 2 of the projects AFG is working on at The National Institutes of Health (NIH).
Collins applauded the extraordinary efforts at the 2 locations: the Center for Alzheimer’s and Related Dementias (CARD), one of the largest construction projects on the Bethesda campus; and the Central Utility Plant (CUP), the main source of power and utilities for NIH operations in Bethesda.
AFG is providing construction quality management services on the CARD facility and groundwater surveying services on the CUP.
