GSA Leasing Services Support, Ft. Worth, TX

AFG is providing ongoing Cost Estimator Services for the U.S. General Services Administration (GSA) and the Leasing Services Support Branch in Fort Worth, Texas. AFG is working on-site at the GSA offices in the Fritz G. Lanham Federal Building conducting cost estimates for projects of varying size, reviewing construction proposals and projects, and participating in negotiations on federal projects ranging from $10K to over $15 million in construction value.

Under the guidance of AFG’s Project Director Dean Rowell, AFG’s Cost Estimating Team handles support services and provides independent cost review for an average of six projects valued between $1M-$15M and eight projects valued under $1M on a weekly basis. Projects handled by this office are located across GSA Greater Southwest Region 7.
