GSA R11 National Cost Management Toolbox (NCMT) Subject Matter Expert Support

In 2023, AFG was awarded a BPA contract to provide Subject Matter Expert (SME) support for the National Cost Management Toolbox (NCMT) and other Cost Management Program Tools for the General Services Administration Public Building Service.
AFG is providing an SME to provide in-office support for the Center for Cost, Schedule, and Tools, focused on delivering process improvements. This project will allow GSA to update, implement, and interpret cost and schedule policy and processes for NCMT parametric, DES, and Historic Cost enhancements, rewriting cost and schedule management (P120) policy to better scale with large prospectus and leasing projects.
Throughout this contract, AFG will be reviewing, testing, and validating cost estimating tools utilized nationwide by federal clients. Our SME is assisting with the evaluation of the P100 Cost Estimating questions and the development of the GSA in-house historical cost estimating database.
